Fear during a.p.

When i tried to a.p. My cord kept dissipating. I got real afraid if i didnt get back to my body or i would float off into space. Did i go too far too fast? I tried to imagine my cord indistructable and able to manifest itself more and more the further i went but then it tried to get stretchy and dissipated like i said and i felt like i had to lassou myself and frantically pull myself back to my body. I thought it might be not enough energy from overwork but then i got a stomache ache.

You dont have enough energy built up. try looking at your hands when this happens. not your physical hands but your double's. it will give you more energy. Make sure you have enough energy before you do your exit plan. I had the same problem. Keep telling yourself that there is nothing to be afraid of. It is only your energy double leaving your physical body. you will return when your journey has concluded.

Thank you dream weave7. I do have one question. I imagine myself holding onto the cord with my real hand and tied around the waist of my energy self...

Perhaps you just don't notice it at that point? Some people don't have a cord at all or don't notice one. Do not panic. panic may hurt you, or pull you back too fast. That could explain your stomach ache. You don't need built up energy, you just need control and a calm state of mind. Your astral body is connected to your real body until you die
