What do you mean by sealing your own heart? Like preventing you from loving or like is their an actual rip in your heart?

please simplify the question coz i dont understand what you mean by "sealing a heart"..are you talking about a broken heart?

Self control is what can prevent you from displaying your emotions. Be stoic in public when you do not want your emotions to be seen and display them in more private settings. As for sealing your own heart, some folks react to the tragedy and sorrow in life by hardening their hearts, others react to it by becomming stronger, wiser, more patient and sympathetic. I suppose you could try doing a freeze spell on yourself. If this is regarding unrequited love or a relationship gone bad...move on, this one might not return your regard, but one day you will find mutual affection and attraction and the desire to be involved with someone...there really are a lot more fish in the sea. Just try for the strength and wisdom route and learn the lessons life is presenting you so that you may look forward to positive outcomes in the future. If you just dont want to deal with the whole romance thing then just do you for a while. Work on your life and your craft and your education and being a fulfilled human being. Blessings...
