Weird dreams and voices

I keep hearing this words or somehow I'll end up saying them myself either out loud or in my head I keep hearing them

Wa ke decee damo
I think its spelled like that but its said "Wa-Ke De-see demo/damo" but it doesn't feel right unless I spell it like that for some reason but the last word I wasn't sure about either way

Anyway what is this anyway because either I wake up and hear it or in a silent room I hear it or I could just be watching TV and I might hear or say it without knowing I did it

More often than not our guides/helpers will reveal themselves in dreams. The voices could be your guide trying to communicate with you. Not always are we able to understand until we have risen to their frequency. Your guide will lower his/her frequency to meet yours but it also is a two way process (meaning raise your vibrations to meet theirs)

Ya know that actually seems familiar to me somehow but I can't place my finger on it. I think it's a phrase of some sort. Possibly eastern or perhaps native american. A chant or saying of power something of that nature. It could also be something as simple as latin. Perhaps a little research into these would help.
