Mist above my head

a lot of time when I go to sleep I see this misty shape floating above my head when I am lying down in my Bed,it just floats in the air and gets closer to my face it has never harmed me,but it moves a lot around in the air,my room is very dark and curtains are drawn,there's no logical explanation of what it could be,at the same time I see dark objects quickly whizz across the room black in colour...this happens quite alot at night when going to sleep and then stops and I cant see nothing...has any one got any suggestions to what this could be???

What your explaining sounds like ghosts, classic ghosts,
Those white mists could be orbs, or apparitions, which are mainly harmless,
but the black silhouettes could be something more dangerous,
or perhaps not at all
