stillno help on shadowmen

shadow people, things, who give a male vibe, that look like people, completly comrised if shadow, or seem to be. solid black. have been known to follow certain people, and spy on them via windows. haunt me, and usto haunt my mother, any help? who r these things? and why do certain people see them? they seem similar to old hag syndrom dureing sleep poralisis, but i see them while awake! sometimes close and personal. any advice would be GREATLY apreciated. i do not mind them, but one REALY scared me...
