i need spell for dried, withered, rotten plants(flowers) can you help me? :)

what to do, bring it back to life, if it starting to rot I am not sure if anything can be done unless its a seasonal plant you have,

You cannot increase the life of something that no longer has any. If it were just beginning to die, perhaps, but it sounds very dead to me. Plants are meant to die, their material decomposes and gives nourishment to any seeds it may have. But if it is indoors, it might be best to bring it outside because any fungus will spawn fungus gnats. Your plant may have succumb to illness (due to fungus). If it had flowers, than it most likely has seeds in them. It may be an annual, which means it doesn't live longer than one year--it dies, it's seeds disperse, and from the seeds it gains new life. Gather the seeds and plant them. If it has no seeds it may be a bulb (do your research and find out). The bulb can sometimes be salvaged and replanted to grow next year. Next time invest in a perennial, which will live many years and don't overwater. The dirt should be moist but not soaked like a mud pie.
