Grounding and Working out

Hey there,

I was discussing grounding with a mate and he told me working out is a form of grounding because your trying to better yourself and improve fitness, he also told me exercise strengthens spirituality with nature.

This begs the question how many of you work out? =D

I agree with your friend terra. working out purge the toxic energies as well as the extra weight and fat that toxins like to hide in. I usually garden but i also like to play EA sports active 2 (video game)in the winter months cause usually then is when most build up of harmful toxins tend to build up

I've worked out plenty of times last summer vacation before entering my junior year of high school. Mainly push-ups though, seeing as my surgically straightened spine prevents any bending of it at all. But after all the working out (my record's 250 push-ups) I felt more in tune with nature and even stronger in my aerokinetics. :D

my work out is dancing....and dancing can get intent across easier
