i need help

ok i think i need a bit of help my emotions are all over the place i think my element is effecting me too. I dont want to talk to many of my friends about this coz i dont want to make a big fuss and worry them. Does anyone have any ideas about what i can do to control my emotions a little or a specific meditation journey that would relax me more. Thankyou
