Kundalini Reiki Help...

Hello, is there anyone here who has reached the level of Kundalini Reiki, high enough so that he/she can attune others? I want someone to attune me but I find it hard to find someone who is experiences and permitted to attune when it comes to Kundalini Reiki healing...

So.. anyone here?
