Aura cleansing

What differences do you notice when doing regular aura cleansings? And how often should somebody do it?

u should do it everytime before u do something magical, after u do magic, or when u just feel strange or dirty, and everytime u go to a cemetery. I always feel a mild wind on the skin when cleansing and so do every of my mates, howerer that is not necesarry, u can feel warmth, cold, or even tickling or stuff like that.
