Sleeping Trouble

Ever since I could remember I've always had nights every now and then where I just couldn't sleep no matter what I did. Lately I've been keeping a list of the nights I couldn't and since I've been keeping track they coincided wight the full moons. Can someone please explain this?(and no, I'm not trying to say I'm a werewolf thank you very much!)

People act stranger than normal on the full moon. There are more people going to the hospitol, more women giving birth, and various other things. Point of the matter is, the full moon affects people; some people more-so than others.

During full moons, the alignment of earth, moon, and sun causes gravitational pull to be stronger, which can bother some people. Some feel it as increase of energy, like me. They bother me, too. One thing I suggest is to move your bed so your head is at north. If that doesn't help, try head at south. Believe it or not, some people need this sort of alignment to the directions to get proper sleep. Try it.
