Getting over heartbreak.

I posted about finding a spell to get my ex back and got some replies which made me think i don't want to force him. I love the kid to much to force him and everything like that. I need help getting over the heartbreak. I've tried getting rid of everything. Tried seeing new people. And tried focusing on work and school and other things. But its at night when im asleep he comes back into my dreams and its either a nightmare where he's strangling the life out of me with his hands around my neck. Or it's perfect and he never cheated on me or anything bad happened and we're perfectly happy and in love like we were. Or other dreams about him. Which just cause my heart to break more from missing him and loving him. I need to get over the heartbreak and hopefully get rid of the dreams of him. These dreams are taking a very large toll on me as stupid as it may seem. I need some help. Any spells or ideas of anything?

I believe that you just trying to get over it keeps you stuck to him. I understand, actually I think almost everyone here understands how a heartbreak feels. You need to understand this is going to hurt but you also need to know you have to move on and let go. The best you can do is first realize why you broke up, don't post it just take a moment to really look into the reason your relationship ended. Write down the things you did not like in your relationship, the way you were treated and even write down the way you treated him or others while in your relationship. Realize and learn from any mistakes you and your ex did so you can really move on. I would advise to meditate, meditation can help you get through the heartbreak as well. Maybe try to make it a daily 'ritual' to write down the bads in the relationship even light a candle while you do this, write down the arguments along with any other bad moment then take a moment to meditate on what you know you deserve and what you know you need to do to help yourself get through this, as you take deep breaths visualize your emotions and even your heart healing as time goes on. Then, when you feel a bit better take the paper you've been writing on and just burn it in the candle flame. Although, this is just my thought there are many other ways to help you get through a heartbreak but just know you need to give yourself time to heal it won't happen over night unfortunately. Wish you the best.

Thank you for your words. I understand i need to just move on and everything and trust me i've tried. I've had this same heart break before. And i've moved on from others but for some reason i just can't let go and move on. I've told myself a millions times i deserve better or what i deserve and things like that. I've written a letter and burnt it. And i've cried and just done all i can but it's taking a toll on me and i'm just looking for more to help me get through this.

The heartbreak will do that especially if you truly loved this man. I had the samething last year, I had fallen in love with a great man and thought he had interest in me. It's been two years since the moment I knew I loved him, but it didn't take as long to realize he didn't love me back. I am still trying to let go I even had break downs, my anxiety was on a new level, depression came along, and more. But, honestly that is all you can do. Cry when you need to, continue burning letters or go big write a book of it and burn it outside so you're not inside and suffocating, if you have to go speak to a professional sometimes all you need is someone to listen and understand you, go for hikes it helps, cry some more, meditate, just keep doing it. You will realize at a point when he enters your mind and you see any pictures of him it won't effect you so much like it use to.
