giving blood for a spell

im sorry to be all gory and for making people grossed out! but this is normal. Anyway when spells/hex's/curses and whatever when they are use blood where you have too either prick your thumb/finger with a needle or cut your hand with a knife.

instead of doing that way would you be able to use your Menarche? because when it comes to spells using blood I can't really see myself doing that.

There is many ways when working with blood sorcery. For necromancy, or working with spirits, demons, etc, each ritual explain how much powerful is necessary for use blood and the location that you are going to take it.
In demonolatry, or necromancy, "this blood that you mentioned" is very powerful and quoted by the most known authors of these paths. In 'Blood Sorcery Bible by Sorceress Cagliastro', she highlights the use of this type of blood. I simple use 3 drops of it only when necessary, but not going to go deep about this.

If you are going to do these kind of works, you should be able and agree with the use of these blood type, or just leave this (or if said, replace with something close that, but much less powerful)

Body parts or fragments like hair, skin, nails, etc can yield underwhelming results when used in small bulk.

Using blood in spells isn't always just for hexes and curses.

Blood in spells is often used for identity, like signing a contract with your DNA, also making the spell non - reversable, or for extra energy purproses. Since, blood is infact, a high concentration of energy.

Also, Menarche is the FIRST menstrual cycle. So, you would only do it once. But, persoanlly, I think using menstrual blood is even more gross then simply pricking your finger.

Haha, but yes you are able to do so. And its said that using that kind of blood is better.

As IV encountered blood magic is very tolling but also very accurate but like I said its very unproductive towards you (especially if done wrong or by a novice) so I find myself using blood magik often trying to teach a group of my followers all the why not's and such but I also teach black magik which for some reason everyone wants to learn blood magik I learned from a very old spirit during an O-B-E so I learned alot at the time.....im going to stop now I believe im straying off path now

Blood is a very powerful body fluid, it is uses to empower and personalize spells. I don't use blood magick however because I tend to pass out from injuries and injuries to my fingers are the most common injuries that make me faint. Menstrual blood is said to be very powerful because of the woman's reproductive cycle. It can be used as a type of sacrifice to certain deities, but they aren't all evil. I know some people who donate blood and dedicate the act to Sekhmet who may be a warrior, but also a healer. I think blood is one of those things like snakes and bats that got a bad reputation over the years.
