I am new to this site and I still have much to learn about different forms of magic and spirituality. However, I am very curious about the third eye and I have been meditating and trying my best to cut out any processed foods and fluoride.

Have you tried listening to binaral beats on you tube? I spelled it wrong, but it will correct your spelling if you spell it that way. Many people find it helpful.
