Energy Dirt

Over the course of 6 months I have began using chi seriously. Intense energy shaping and moving in my body. But at first I was getting nowhere. Then my spirit guide told me about what she called "Energy Muck." Which she described as negative energy that we accumulate over years of being on this earth. She said that through meditation and focus we can cleanse ourselves of this energy and unleash our true and pure energy. So I tried it and in about 6 months (to present date) my chi has gotten strong. Not like on the movies though. When I use it to break boards my energy protects me to the point in which I feel no pain. I feel the impact of it but it does not hurt. This is not mind over matter cause my knuckles do not bruise whatsoever. Plus I can form balls and am working on things like whips, and swords. I know that this sounds straight out of a movie but I assure you I CAN do this. I do not expect you to believe me though and I just want your opinions on this post. But please be nice. If you don't want to post THEN DON'T!! Otherwise I want to hear your guys thoughts on the matter. I have never heard of this technique before she told it to me.

Don't be sorry about wanting to learn. It is a good trait to have. Well I just push my energy from my meridians (roads inside my body that allow the chi to flow) into my hands and bones. Then I think about my hand being tougher then the wood and I then punch the wood with all I got. It never hurts. Well unless I do it wrong, but I almost never do. :)

These modern-day "qi tricks" all are variants of a form of qigong called Iron Shirt. There are many lineages, but the most famous practitioners come from the Shaolin school.

The above poster is correct. These are all examples of applications of iron shirt. There is a three part book series that teaches iron shirt but a little bit of pre knowledge in this field is needed to understand it. A common saying in martial arts is that all things go back to shaolin. This isn't necessarily true in this case because while shaolin monks were good, the wudang school which was separate was really noted for the internal side of martial arts and it was said to hold most of the secrets.

This sounds very interesting, could you please mail me about it? I looked into this when I first started but stopped when I devoted all my time to learning about Demon's

No, you cannot make psy flames on a sword, no matter what material it is made out of! Throw that in your fluffy bin and move on to learn more reasonable stuff like energy manipulation

Oraclewitch I know you are trying to help but please do not use the word fluffy in my thread. But I do agree with you though. What that person is trying to do is not real.
