Help Please on two things

I need help. I need two spells one to get rid of headaches and a spell to help heal my foot.

Well you could do basic healing magick, like sending healing energy to your foot by visualizing a (whatever color u think is best for healing) energy seeping or going into your foot from your body, it would help the pain at most. And there are plenty of headache spells on the site if you go into the spells tab.

But what is Basic Healing Magic. I mean how can I learn more about it? Does it help arthrites and other stuff for Healing? And can you do a healing on some one else with out them knowing it? And how would I do it?
