visualizing problems

Hi I'm a newbie :, and I'm having a
Problem visualizing clearly and I can't
Seem to hold the image in my mind long
Enough does any one have any tips please?

Practice practice practice.

Otherwise, if you've got another sense for the energies involved try to "feel" the energies involved and get a sense for the visualization from there.

Just keep trying, the more you practice the longer you'll be able to hold a visualization or feel the energy.

Your mind needs to be trained to not wonder off to other things..which is really hard.

What I meant was this:

If you can otherwise feel the energy, it is good to just let those senses explore them. "Feel" every detail if you are more tactile than visual. As you feel the energies, allow them to create an image in your head. This is a method that is sometimes easier to focus upon than simply bringing the image into your mind.

As she said, practice will help you retain focus too.

If you are finding it difficult to visualize something in your mind's eye try not to picture a still object but a moving one. The waves of the ocean crashing on the sand is a good one. See the waves washing on shore over and over, hear the sounds as it does this, smell the air, feel the spray. Put your self in the picture as if you are there watching the waves in person.
