Looking for others

I am considering starting a local coven. Can you please give me advice on how to find other local practitioners without drawing attention to myself?

If you go onto Yahoo groups you can set up a group (you can specify the location)for a new coven. Or there are many coven's already on there, you could probably find one in your area.
