is it possible to get so much energy flowing everywhere in your body that the energy starts releasing itself like wind pushing itself out of you.(this is a random question)

Sure it just means that you don't have enough control to keep it inside of you.

i can see where it is possible, but i like to let energy flow freely anyway

Indeed and when you first start you have to learn to focus your energy and to control it. Then you can push that energy out and do great things with it. Its all learning control and focus
