Spell Casting free will

Hoping to get some advice , I know that one of the rules is we are not supposed to interfere with someones free will, But I also believe there may be exceptions to this rule, Like if one believes their loved one is in a abusive relationship. My question is because separation spells should be cast in the waxing moon phase does anyone have any suggestions on how to successfully do this in waning phase

A spell for separation would do better in a waning moon.

I would recommend you not only cast to separate them, but also to protect your friend from the abuser.

Perhaps start gradually adding layers of protection to your friend before casting the spell to cause a break up.

And after the break up I would cast a banishing spell on the abuser to reduce the odds they will come back.

Well it's not a rule, it's a suggestion. Many see it as wrong so they don't. If you feel there's exceptions then it's fine for you. Same goes for all spells really, many frown upon curses but people can still justify them. I personally believe even in an abusive relationship you shouldn't. It hurts and you can save your loved one, but it should be their decision, not yours. [Painful as it is]

You can cast a spell anywhere at anytime. The moon's natural push and pull will help the energy. If you decide to work against it, there is still a good chance the spell will work, you just need to charge more energy. If you're desperate you can conjure more energy than if you'd just like a spell to work. [In that case cast with the moon] remember cast with the moon is a common belief but as with casting curses, not everyone follows it. [Also, since you're breaking two people up, i.e. sending someone away, you should cast on the waning moon]
