I'm afraid that invisibility is not an ability which is possible nor can any spell promote such act. Magic abides by laws which are considered the laws of physics. We cannot change atomic molecules, atoms, or anything that would go beyond our own physical reach.
To be honest, the closest thing you could probably get to an invisibility spell is one that makes you less noticeable to people; however, that does not mean you will literally be invisible or less noticeable. It could even mean that people might not feel the need to speak to you or something among those lines.

I have never understood to urge to become invisible, how come people don't want to be seen nor be able to see?
For those of you that dont know, invisibility occurs when an object isn't being hit by any light (or the light bends around it). Which would cause a person, who hypothetically would be invisible, would turn blind!
So far the only thing I know that comes close to invisibility in spells work is the effects of not being noticed, which is close enough and I'm satisfied with that outcome. I have tried it and it has worked, it got to a point when I was in high school that I didn't even appear in the school year book, the only thing visible was my forehead in back of the crowd.
