Common offerings to Zeus would be cinnamon, wine, cakes/pastries, meat, laurel, vervain, holm oak, ash, pine, scaled fish, incense, and fruit are some of the offerings as far as I know which are normally given to this deity.

That was rather rude of you, Junki. Instead of belittling people on knowledge you know nothing about (which is why you're asking), how about you do some research for yourself? Here's a place to start.

plus saying "finally someone who knows mythology" makes no sense, a knowledge of offerings and a knowledge of the lore arent very connected beyond using common sense. Offerings i would consider part of hellenic tradition, not myth.

I agree, Harliquinn, but I still think it is a good place to start where you can get to know the God you're offering to in-depth. I come from a place where my Gods (the Rokkir) were not traditionally worshipped, so I had to pull from the lore to find out ideas of what offerings they may like. While Zeus was traditionally worshipped and offerings can come from that, one could take a page out of my book and find some actions Zeus may like, rather than just objects, food, and drink to give him.

I agree, Eissy. It is best to know a little more in depth about a deity before going straight into worshipping or giving offerings, whether it be learning more about the myths surrounding the deity or his origins. It is my opinion that one shouldn't just jump into offering or worshipping a deity if there is no background knowledge to who this deity is.
