seriously, i think you're talking about something like a honey jar spell. honey can be substituted for sugar [but i feel honey is better] and is used in spells to 'sweeten' a persons feelings for you [if a friend is mad, or you want your crush to warm up to your affections] i feel these spells calm a person and make them more open to listening to you, so remember you still need to talk to the person you used the sugar bowl [honey jar] on.
