if you have serious acne problems don't rely on magic for this...more over nobody can cast a spell for you but only you can help yourself if you think only magic can help you to get rid of acnes...i personally suggest you to consult a dermatologist

Good advice from Sampada.Acne can really only be treated from the inside; creams are useless. There is "natural" magic of course. Eating green vegetables;water that cabbage has been boiled in is very good to drink! Keep away from spicy foods.Wash the face with salt water. Try to eat a clove of uncooked garlic daily.
By the way, you cannot shape change into a Coyote. It's impossible!

Some tea tree oil in a vaporizer helps clean pores and clear oil and bacteria. Use some ice after to reduce any swelling and if done within 2 treatments really helps.

Clearasil did the trick for me. That was a long time ago.

I had dermatitis on top of regular acne as a teen. Commercial products and the nasty alcohol based medicine a dermatologist gave me just made it worse!

What helped me was taking a rag and soaking it in hot green tea and washing my face with it, taking my time to also use it as a bit of a compress. Green tea is antibacterial and an anti-inflammatory.

After I was done, I would use a little of pure sesame seed or coconut oil to moisturize.

That's it!

Of course, I wasn't the herbalist I am today, so now I would suggest collecting plantain and combining finely chopped handful of that with a cup of oil (blend of coconut and olive oil/sunflower oil) and empty the contents of 2-3 chamomile tea bags. Toss it all into a crockpot and let it sit on low covered for a few hours, stirring occasionally. Then strain, add about a teaspoon of vitamin E oil, stir and put it in the refrigerator. It lasts about 6 months as long as it is refrigerated and even works great as a salve on bruises and small cuts. If you don't like the smell, you can add something like roses or rosemary to make it more appealing.

The above recipe healed my acne scars which were old because I'm almost 30! It also shrinks pores which is usually a problem with those who suffer with skin problems.

Always double check any herb/oil on the inside of your wrist and wait an hour to see if there is a physical allergic reaction before using it. I'm allergic to ragweed but I'm okay with chamomile and plantain but others may not be. They are related!

I forgot to mention that quality matters when it comes to natural medicine.

Always look for unrefined expeller pressed oils. Organic is "best" but the way it is made is more important because it holds onto the constituents that makes it medicinally potent. But the last time I walked through the cosmetic aisle (which was a long time ago) skin care products are just as expensive and smaller quantities!

Herbs, including the green tea, should be high quality or fresh from your own property (or a friend's garden!).

Plantain grows everywhere. If you don't have a patch around your home, I'd be extremely surprised. I wouldn't eat the stuff you pick up that grows wild, but as long as there aren't pesticides or weed killers being sprayed in your yard, the plantain there should be safe and more potent then anything you could pick up from a store online or on the street.

Chamomile can be found as a tea in any grocer, which is why I said you could use tea bags. But if you buy it from somewhere like Mountain Rose and it is lose, each tea bag roughly holds a tablespoon of herb.

You can always pray/ask the spirits of the plants you use to help heal you. But if you do not believe in animism, then doing so won't make sense to you.

lived with acne myself, agree with others no use of magic here. If u have health insurance acne is considered a diagnoses and will be covered even under state insurance. which case typjcaly regiment of antibiotics then using sylicilic acid wash (oxy/noxema) 2x daily clyndamyacin or other antibiotic cream and sunscreen lotion as ghese antibiotics will increase sun burnage. Now if ur on the natural sside get to know ur herbs. witch hazel and mint can bemade into great astringents for cleaning skin. use weak infusion bout 1/2oz herb to 2pint water. now for antibacterial effect that arr good for acne I also suggest using thin layer tea tree oil, garlic smooshed into pasted ore extracted juice also good but smelly. oatmeal is good for drying out pestules and oily skin. jojoba oil and aloe for moisturizers. hope this helps.

Get a facewash with salicylic acid in it.

Stay away from the triggers. Try to figure out what they are. Time of the month, foods type (oily foods, mayo, spicy foods etc). Do not use perfumed soap on your face.

Some of the natural remedies listed here are good at well for preventative maintenance.
