Any teachers?

Hi would like to learn more about meditation, empath, and astral projection and I was wandering if there was anyone maybe willing to teach me a a little about these things . I guess basically looking for a teacher

Finding someone that is knowledgeable can at times be a challenge. If your actively seeking one to one assistance, look at the posts the person made before listening to them as many like to help, but don't have the experience.
You could also use the forum to post questions and there is a place for new people if you want to learn. You will get at least one answer to a question usually.
