I was wondering, if humans can astrally project, if they have a high enough vibration, could astral beings physically project, if they had a low enough vibration?
Well, I'm not the best at astral projection but, astral beings are angels, spirits, and others of the sort.. People have claimed to see these beings before and have been able to describe their appearance. Though they're more likely to come as a spiritual or transparent form rather than a physical form. Some may come as a physical form if they are being born into the world or are being reincarnated (I personally do not fully believe in the reincarnation bit of this, though when I was researching astral projection a while back multiple sources mentioned being born as a physical form once reincarnated)
So, if an astral being could be reincarnated as a physical being, would they go back to the astral at the end of their life? And what what would happen if someone died, physically, while being in the astral? Or is that even possible? I had read somewhere that you can create your own Astral realm, sanctuary, or garden, but they had to have energy and time put into it to maintain the place... If a person created an Astral sanctuary in one life, snd put enough energy in it to sustain it for years, could that 'reborn' person visit the sanctuary?

To be honest honey, the astral is what you make it to be. And honestly, some believe that the first question, yes, some believe there isn't reincarnation, all on what you believe there. I don't think anyone truly knows what happens if you died physically and you were in astral as if you die physically, you cant really tell people.
Astral beings can be physically projected in a sense, as that is how some do see their guides as well, is through astral. Or so they say, I personally meditate just to talk to my guide.
