what do you need help with exactly? you should pick up a book of dream interpretation [Jung not Freud] or go to dreammoods.com if you want to interpret your dreams. keep in mind dreams are personal, so if an interpretation doesn't feel right to you [like you love snakes but the interpretation is a negative thing] go with what it means to you. you should also keep a dream journal right by your bed, the second you wake up, before you do anything, write/draw everything you remember from your dream. 90% of our dreams are lost in the first 10 minutes of being awake, so time is of the essence here. dreams should also be interpreted as a whole, so if you see a 'black dog' interpret the dog, but also the colour, where it was, if it was night/day, what it was doing, and how you felt. at first this might be challenging, but as time goes on, some people have gotten good enough to wake up after each dream and recall it perfectly. [we have 5 a night on average]

don't use dreams as the ultimate deciding factor of your life though, a lot of the time, they're just fantasy for fun. not all dreams should be ignored [reoccurring dreams for instance] but you shouldn't believe every dream is a warning. also, we typically dream in black and white, only those who are strong dreamers can do so in colour. when we wake up, we associate the right colour to our dreams. when you wake up and remember vividly a 'red ball' or a 'purple flower', it's because that was the only thing in colour, and therefore it was important to some degree. try to remember if it was in colour or black and white. you will begin to notice a difference as time goes on.
