Spaces

Altars, circles, worship places, that little bench in the back of your closet... Sacred spaces come in lots of shapes, sizes, and varieties. But perhaps what's even more interesting than the space itself is the method behind the madness of the set up of it. Do you keep your space permanent? Interchangeable? Travel-sized? Clean? A reflection of your state of inner being? A special part of your home solely for your deity(s)? I guess I'm just curious :)

For me it's just wherever I feel like setting uo shop. Even if I were to have a permanent place, I contstantly change things and move stuff around. So I see no need for a permanent space at this point in time. Where ever I feel like doing this or that is where I set up, hallow, and do.

I don't set up anything permanent. When I'm doing a spell I use a bowls of salt, and a bowl of water (earth, water) at the north and west cardinal points, incense at the east cardinal point (air) and a red candle at the south cardinal point (fire).

I don't have a place to set up a permenent temple. I keep a portable temple complete with quarter banners, pillars, and altar. I often work within astral temple as well.

I don't have a space, the closest thing I've had was an altar but I had to take it down.
