People are asking on this site everywhere well, for what they call an ´incubus´... um, I want to summon one because I am curious and because I want to get over my ex boyfriend.. But I cant get over my boyfriend, so..... HOW do I get an incubus... and WHY is it so bad?

To my understanding, an incubus is a male spirit or demon that sexually abuses women. Which, would be why such entities are "bad." Do you really want to summon something that would hurt you? I honestly don't see the logic in that, personally.
If you wish to get over your ex, I would suggest employing some other means. Do things that you enjoy to take your mind off of him. Perhaps try going swimming, ride a bike, etc. Focusing on something else will help you not to think of him and eventually, he will be but a distant memory.
Thats kinda bias Incubus are not evil or abusers in Ancient Greece they were known as Deamon or Benevolent spirit. You just need to ask one to come then its up to them really if they want to show up just dont think that all they do is sexually abuse women thats a very rude assumption
The information that I have read, from both books and internet sources, describe them as I previously stated. Thus, my previous statement is not an assumption if all information regarding the being has been consistent in definition/description. Below, I have provided sources regarding this particular topic.
Also, the Greek word daimon referred to any being, spirit, deity, etc that was either "good" or "evil." Incubus, at least in my research, has always fallen into the latter category. I've not come across any information placing the entity in a positive light.

Of corse the Greeks considered them belevolent with all that man on man action going on. Every experience I have had with sex demons have lead me to believe they are evil.
