Ok, can I write a spell that I made in my B.O.S without casting it right then and there? Some spells I write requires a different moon phase but we're not in that moonphase yet. I heard that it's not good to write a spell if you haven't performed it yet. Any advice? Thank you. n.n ~Shadow

It doesn't really matter if you write a spell before actually performing it but I'd suggest you write a spell, then test it out. Once you've done that, you can do whatever it is you wanna do with it. It's up to you.

I have many spells in my BOS that I have yet to try. I always leave space after each spell to record the results once I do try it. I never consider a spell as being completely real until I have gotten the same(similar) results at least three times. That way I am really sure that it was what caused the results and not just something happened after I cast the spell that fit what I was expecting.
Hope this helps

you can write a spell down, but when you do cast it, write down the results [or perhaps put a check mark or an X beside it] so you know in future if it works or not. i work on my BoS all month long, a moon phase isn't needed to work on your BoS.
