I tried astral projecting last night with the easy method but couldnt get sleepy. So some one said in a old post to try to climb a rope. I tried that and my body got all tingly but i tried to move so i could see if i did it. But i didnt know if i was supposed to try to move my real arm or a fake one. The tingly was super cool but im kinda bummed i couldnt do it.

You can't move your physical arm or you'll stop. You were very close though. Keep practicing.

Try buying Clear Quartz and placing them under you'er pillow, they help.

PS make sure you put them into salt water to clean them, before you use them.

Remember, you have wait until your body is completely asleep. Then, just wanting to sit up can cause your astral body to sit up.

That's actually really good, when I was first learning astral projection it took me months to even get that far. Don't try to move your physical body though, it's a bit complex to get your head round at first how you can move without moving and it's often easier if you try not to over think it and just roll with it.

If you have gotten this far in only one night of trying, on your first try, then I think you are well on your way to projecting! It takes most people weeks, months or even years to get to a vibrational state. Keep working at it, you'll be there in no time ;)
