Please Help?

Hi! My name is Summer, and I've got a bit of a dilemma. I am fourteen, so I am in school, there are no magick shops nearby, and my parents wont buy me magic supplies. They are no-nonsense people who dont believe in magic. So I have no supplies. But I can deal with that. What I really need is a mentor. Can someone please help me?

For the supply problem, the solution is simple. You really don't need supplies. Of course it depends on what type of magick you are doing. So, if you wanted to buy something like a wand or a staff, you can easily make your own. But for herbs or stones, herbs just tell your parents you want to start a little garden and just grow the plants you need. The stones are a bit tricky, maybe you can say its for science class or something.

A mentor however I don't really think you need. Just learn the basics and study magick and its other subjects and I think that will give a great start.

Blessed Be!

it really all depends on what your doing. if you need candels i would sugest bying them some wheres and hiding them untill both your parents are out of the house. you dont need a mentor, you need to practice.

Why do you need to purchase supplies? Do you not have nature outside of your home? You don't need special tools to practice magick.

Magic is Nature. It is all around you. You don't need supplies to contact the spirit of a tree! I realise that you are very young. But think of this:- every animal, every plant, herb. tree, insect, bird, started with a magical event. Two cells coming together. That,my young friend, is magic!

You don't need to purchase magic supplies. In fact, you don't really need them. I went without them for quite some time, but it depends on what magick you're practicing. Basic circle casting and such, you can use salt, a candle (you must have at least one), a dish of water, etc. Herbs, you'd be surprised how many varieties are in the kitchen. And stones, I buy mine from bohemian/indie/new age kind of shops that sell crystals. Given, I don't have a wide variety but they work.
