Protection Spell?

Latety i feel as if i've been losing energy forcefully from something or a spirit i wanna cast a protection spell to keep my energy in me and to keep whatever away from me. may i remind u this MAY be a mistake so plz dnt get mad at me if u feel as if i wasted ur precious time on something that u might say is "worthless" i just rather be safe than sorry.

first i recommend you meditating and lining your chakras. its one of the main culprits of energy leaks. but a shield around you when you are mediating. remember to ground and center yourself
