Contact a passed one, like my Granddad, who died a few weeks ago, I want to talk and see him, I haven't seen his human face in 8 years now!

I don't have any personal experience in this but, you could see a medium. Or go to the astral plane:

In the astral plane you have more of a chance to meet with people who have passed on, you can talk to and see there astral bodies. Or at least that what I've heard.

Travel to the astral plane, but only after working on your chakras. Expecially your Third Eye and Throat Chakra. Also, go see a medium and ask them for tips.

I would not recommend paying for anything. A true medium will do it for free.

But if you want to see their face, astral travel is the best option. Unless you already can see spirits or you work to be capable of doing so.

If you just want to talk, meditation is a great middle. You just focus on the person and talk. If they come, be open to unexplained sudden thoughts, feelings and images. That's what people that lack the ability to hear spirits will experience. With practice you may actually catch their voice (in your mind) or hear them physically.

Ask them to come to you in your dreams before you fall asleep. Have a piece of paper and pen ready at the side of your bed and write down your dreams as soon as you wake up. Many times we forget about or discount dreams with our passed on loved ones, but it is a common way that they communicate.
