Vodun practitioner

I see most members of this site are of the Wiccan persuasion. I incorporporate many Wiccan philosophies yet subscribe largely to the Vodun pantheon and combine the practices along with Hindu philosophies. I am looking to get to know others involved in Vodun practices and learn more. I have basically learned all I know about Vodun from the spirits that have come to me. Legba is a personal friend who approached me in the night when I was but thirteen years old. I have been introduced to Dambala, Ada Wedo, Dan Petro, Rada, and Marasa since through spiritual communication alone only to find through books, the internet, and even documentaries later than these are names of actual gods that have been revered by African decendents for milennia. If you are a brother or sister in the Vodun way I'd love to finally meet and greet. I have been a solitary Vodun witch among Wiccans throughout my whole experience as a witch.

I can't say that I practice anymore. It's been 20 or so years, but I still enjoy combining aspects of it with my craft work. Welcome to the site, and I hope you find someone more involved to share the amazing experience of Vodun with.

Thank you Stone! (That happens to be my brother's RL name btw!) I do wonder why you ever fell out of it. But I, too, hope to find some kindred spirits.
