''nice pic :-) :-) :-) I've a vast collection of over 50-60 books of witchcraft which are very well known and are informative too... They cost around 800$. I'll give them for a nominal amount as I need money urgently. I've it in a one drive link It has books covering each and every topic, there are rarest books, starting from vampire magick to curses and hexes to black arts, it has everything. Let me know if you're interested.''
That's a lot of money for some books. It's probably a scam, so this is just a heads up for everyone incase they recieve this mail- be wary of any details you give out. Why not advertise the books in the public forums instead of mailing individuals?
Apologies to the sender if it is legit. Asking for money is against the terms of service on this site anyway.

I apologize to everyone for this but it's not a scam.
Sorry I didn't advertise, but I won't do this again. I'm
sorry for breaking rules but it's not a scam.
Sorry again.

I've seen this before, somewhere. It wasn't in a mail. I'll keep an eye out, just in case. Thank you! :)

It's okay Luna. I see that it was a genuine mistake. You should advertise the books in the 'Advertisements' section of the forums instead so people don't get the wrong idea.
I'm not sure about the USA,Lark. But here in the UK it is not against copyright laws to sell a book "second hand". The law states that " The book may not be sold without the original cover". Nearly all my books have been bought from Secondhand Book Dealers; and some privately.
However, I do agree it is against the conditions of this site. I don't think I would consider buying books from a private seller unless the sale was protected, by such as Amazon.
It isn't against the law to sell a book secondhand if it were one book. But from what this poster has said in a previous post, he/she has made multiple CD copies of their books and is planning on making a profit from selling these CD's over and over. That does deprive the copyright holder of their rights to the proceeds of their intellectual property, and that is a copyright violation.
