Waning moon and colors
By:
So far I have been concentrating my efforts mainly on healing spells, and wish to continue with this over the coming weeks. I've learned that spells cast during the waning moon should be focused on removing illness, rather than attracting good health.

However, I'm unsure how the candle Color should relate to this. So far, I've been using blue or white to attract healing. But when the moon is in the waning phase, would it be better to choose black candles to remove/banish illness? I'm not sure how to proceed. Or would I be better to just save healing spells for waxing moon phases?

Any advice or experience gratefully received.

Black is not the candle color I would use unless the moon was approaching a new moon, choose wisely, perhaps someone else could also make a better suggestion?

Using a black candle to remove or banish illness is always appropriate and especially if done during the waning moon.

Thank you both for your replies. I'm eagerly awaiting the arrival of some black candles, so I will try an illness banishing spell using one of them. It will most likely be almost the new moon by the time I have the opportunity to do it.
