A lot of people on the site here won't 'teach' you. What they will do is help answer specific questions you have. The magority of the studying and learning is up to you though!

If you have no idea where to start, check out the articles (SoM Survival Guide is a good one), and the forums (The Basics: Expanded; Starting Out). If there is a specific question you have, you can ask it on the chatter or in the forums.

You can also search things by key-word on the search bar. Say if you want to know something about meditation, you can type 'meditation' into the search bar on the upper right corner, and multiple forum posts, articles, and others will show up.
