Offers nourishment and minerals that are good for muscles. Great for relaxing sore ones and relaxing the body. Helps the nervous system and relive stress, anxiety, and relive mild pains and fears.

professional herbalist Catherine Hunziker, chairwoman of WishGarden Herbs, defines skullcap as “food for the central nervous system, that organizes neural impulses, and calms the system through its cool, bitter action on the liver and digestive tract.” She notes that skullcap is the perfect remedy to use “at the end of the day” when one is both overstimulated and fatigued, tired and tense all at the same time.
