You might want to start out with some of the threads here in the Wicca Forum. I'd suggest beginning with What Wicca Is and Isn't at http://www.spellsofmagic.com/read_post.html?post=637268

Then check out the multiple threads in Main Wicca Posts at http://www.spellsofmagic.com/read_post.html?post=580909

Although I don't teach on-line students, I am always willing to respond to specific questions about Wicca if you have them. Either post them to the Wicca Forum or drop me an e-mail. I've been Wiccan for some 30 years and a High Priestess of a real coven for 12 of those years.

There are many wiccan videos, forums, and imformation on this website. I suggest you look in the wiccan section and review the imformation, another thing you could do is read books from scott cunningham, gerald gardner, and silver ravenwolfe. If you want to look for good things on circle casting, spells, gods and so fourth i also suggest you looking on AkashaOwolfe's profile she has amazing begginner videos on basics like meditation/grounding on here but also youtube, another person you could look at (only youtube though) is Tiptoechick (she is a solitary witch but has ben a member of a coven and is extremely knowledgable in all religions but is a wiccan and pulls things, she suggest books and videos and she shows you altar setups, tarots, biblomancy and more advanced stuff but she helped me alot when i began. Also it depends what you want to learn. (i suggest you do the year and a day study by yourself before dedicating and making sure you want to do it)

Message me if you want to discuss this topic more!! hope this helped.
