Increase Personal Power

I read that spells are more effective when the spell caster has a lot of personal powerful. How does one know how powerful he or she is? Also how does one increase his or her personal power to be more effective in casting spells?

Power of a caster comes from their time, dedication, experience, and knowledge in magic. The more time you spend on studying spell work and magic the more better you will become at it. The more you practice it the more perfection shall you gain at it. In reality how does one know how powerful he/she is at magic will be known by your ways of enhancing magic, such as you getting better at casting spells, learning ways to compromise with energy, and all in all you will know how "powerful" or rather experienced have you become. To become more powerful you need to practice and study more spell work, remember this will not happen overnight.

Does someone need to have a powerful third eye to be a powerful spell caster? My third eye is 99% blind...

Third-eye is a energy center in your body like the 6 other ones. It is important to consider them in spell work.
