Astral Projection Help

Okay, so I've been meditating for a year or two now, I do believe I've mastered it quite a bit. I'd like to move onto astral projection and lucid dreaming, but I feel like if I do, I'd be really scared. I already have anxiety as it is, and I fear that if I see something that isn't there I'll flip out and have an anxiety attack. Do you have any tips to calm me down so I don't get out of the state? By the way, yesterday I was meditating and my mouth was shut and suddenly I couldn't feel it, like it was all numb and vibrating... It was so weird. Someone please explain.

Well remember you can do things in the "astral field" that couldn't be done in the physical world.

vibrations is a sign for some that you are about to astral project. Remember the purpose of meditating is to relax you so you don't freak :) though I understand where you are coming from. When I first did so I did and slammed back into my body...Xp hurt a lot just stay calm and do a little at a time to what you know you can and can't handle

I like to use candles and binaural beats (you can find them everywhere), but the most important when you started to feel some vibrations is do not think about these sensations, of course it is just my opinion, some peoples have different ways for to do that.
