Broken Threads

Okay, for the second time a thread I posted on and favorited is now inaccessible. It is still visible if you search for "On Fantasy Creatures", but clicking on any of the links sends you to the main forum page. I'm not nearly as angry that the conversation has ended ubruptly as I am that I can no longer un-favorite the thread. I can't remove it from the list of threads I am following to make room for more, can someone please do something about this so?

It is because those threads have been deleted. They will be automatically removed from your favorites list on the next update

When is the next update? And if the mods have the power to delete threads whenever they want I think the process should be a little more transparent.

Under my understanding, Faith, moderators have a reason to delete/lock a thread.

Moderators can lock/delete any thread at any time if the thread is causing problems, disrupting the site, picking fights between members, breaking any of the rules/terms of use, etc. There's no notification when a thread is deleted. And I believe Pet answered about when it will disappear from your favorites.

Yeah, I can understand why the threads were deleted, I tried to play peacemaker on both of them. But the first one has been stuck in my favorites for a couple months now so I'm a bit anxious for the next update.
