I astral project all the time and I would like to share with you my method on how to do it. This is something that can't be attained over night but if you practice on a daily basis before you go to bed it should be no problem to accomplish. First off you want to get experienced with lucid dreaming. You can easily induce lucid dreaming when you go to sleep by taking over the counter vitamin supplements. These supplements are Valerian root, melatonin, and passion flower. You can also purchase lucid dreaming capsules off of amazon. When you take these supplements especially the lucid dreaming capsules they make your dreams extremely vivid. Now with that being said I'm going to give you the key to success when it comes to lucid dreaming and astral projection. How I got successful doing this was by taking the supplements and chanting to myself in my head over and over until I fell asleep that I am aware in my dreams. You can either chant what I typed or come up with something catchy yourself. When you chant this to yourself think about your intent and visualize your goal until you fall asleep. By doing this on a daily basis accompanied by vivid dreams your going to become aware in your dreams. It is your intent that is going to make you aware in your dreams. Once you become aware in a lucid dream it can be really easy to astral project. While your lucid dreaming focus on astral projecting and you should be ejected out of your body. Now your free to walk around and move about where ever you please provided you don't wake up. Well I hope you find this post useful and I wish you luck.

I have started taking valerian root pills after my break-up to help me sleep at night, and yes, it does give me intense dreams, as well as lucid dreams! I don´t astral project on them but I see that has alot to do with practice and intention. Ill try though, the results should be interesting

It is interesting to me how chanting before you go to sleep effects your dreams. Of course it has to do with the intent but I often find myself during my dreams saying that I am aware before I become aware in my dreams. That key word jars me aware in my dreams. I wish you luck and if you care to I would like to hear if this works for you.

That is an awesome post, thank you. I hadn't thought of taking a supplement or chanting, I will give those a try. I usually visualise where I want to go to, or what experience I would like to have prior to sleep.

Hi,
I tried taking valerian root before sleeping last night and conciously told myself that I was aware in my sleep. Everything went fine at first, I started having vivid dreams.and it started to turn into astral projection. But they soon turned into nightmares and suddenly I was trapped and couldnt do anything! I woke up, and tried to sleep again only to have the SAME NIGHTMARE continue. The nightmares are about my psychopathic ex-boyfriend, if that means anything. I seemed to have gotten rid of this person in my life but he´s still haunting my dreams, and that alsmost every night. And pointers would be welcome.

I do occasionally take a Valerian root base product for insomnia, but I would be interested in finding out more about the lucid dreaming product.

There are actually a lot out there on the market. I usually buy mine through amazon and they work amazing. Their called Lucid dreaming capsules.

These are not "vitamin supplements". 2 are herbs put into capsules, which could be considered supplements, but NOT vitamins. Please get it correct. Blessed Be...

To protect yourself from nightmares during lucid dreaming, you can put a circle of white light around you or even a mirror.
