Past life?

How do you know if you've had a past life? Or if you know you have had a past life how do you know who it was? I'm just wondering.

You can meditate on it, do what is called a "past life regression" or you can find someone that specializes in past life readings.

I have been doing alot of research on this myself latly.. What I'v learned so far is so interesting, but I haven't suceeded on remembering any of my own past life experiences.
