i am quite new to magick so i'm not sure about quite alot of things and one of them is belive. how much do you have to belive that a spell will work? can you keep telling your self that it will work with a tiny part of you screaming "it's not gonna work!" or do you to have complete belive?

Don't waste your time with a spell you don't completely believe will work, because it won't.

Understand the spell and how it works before attempting; giving yourself a concrete mental image of the spell working, the factors going into, and the effects taking place it will indeed help you believe.

Not all spells require the exact ingredients listed; after all- the best spell, is a spell you created yourself. So if you tweak it a bit, and as long as you keep the supplies in corresponding properties, you'll be fine.

Meditate before casting a spell, it will calm you mental state and help you think clearly.

I agree with LadySnow said. Though I think you should learn the basics of magick before you cast a spell. But if you can't fully believe in a spell I wouldn't cast it.

it is true, spells work if you believe in them. i am a living witness...

I mean there's someday's it doesn't matter if you believe or you do not believe in spells. I mean, like, Spells have been a part of our history for centuries and continue to be a part of many peoples daily lives depending on what part of the country you come from or what type of religion you believe in.

I believe in spells that are cast "for the good of all, according to the free will of all"...
