Inner power

Well, my friend and I, we know that we have some kind of inner power, but we don't know how to wake it. So we can practice and use it in a right way. I really need a spell or ritual on how to wake the inner power. Please help me :) Thank you

meditation helps , grounding and centering , i suggest learning the basics first then move on to the next level of your journey ,hope this helps blessed be sue x

As Chuckysbride said, meditation is always a good start. I suggest that you meditate on your chakras, & maybe try to open your third eye, there are many threads about it.

yeah meditation or if you are really confident in your "inner power" you could go to Spirit tunnel in South Dakota. and battle the malevont spirts and demons there.

Never heard of this so called "spirit tunnel"..

spirit tunnel is a local spot in sioux falls south dakota where you can go from you house and summon spirits there. its a man made hole to this world and the next. not really famous because it is new spirit tunnel is just a local name.
