You could try cleansing and clearing your Chakras. That would be my guess. Or, since most of this stems from your belief/faith/confidence, perhaps you just need a self-esteem boost.

All you need to do is to be quiet and to ask their names. In time, you will hear a name spoken to you and it make take a while to do this. Even if you don't know their names, be aware that they are with you. Just ask them to show you the way and it will be revealed to you what you must know and do. Be open to what they are telling you because the way they will show you will probably not be what you are expecting!
