Wonderland Spell

Has anyone tried the wonderland spell? I have been contemplating on whether to try it because I've been busy with my studies, has anyone tried/gotten any results by doing it? (I'm not saying it was poorly constructed or unbelievable, curiosity)

The Wonderland spell seems to be describing a way to mentally create a space. The entire description is about ways to solidify the idea if what that space is and what is there in the mind of the person. Some people do similar, without so much written and drawn effort, to create a sort of mental happy place to visualize during some meditation exercises. Some of them may use it as a starting point for certain types of journeying, or to contact a guardian, guide, spirit animal, or aspects of themselves.

Can this truly be used as a way to solidify your own little world, I must sound foolish to ask but curious nonetheless.
