Working wish spells

I really urgently need a wish spell that actually works instantly and only needs a voice. Are there any spells like that?

There is no such thing has a spell that works instantly. I spell in a sense is just a ritual done in hopes that something will happen. If that makes sense....in comparison to Christianity, a spell is kind of like a prayer. Sometimes what you ask/wish for will happen and sometimes it won't. I find that writing your own yields the best results. When you write your own it aids in focusing your intent.

OK, fine. So I'm asking the same thing again, except without the "instantly" part. Like this:

"I really urgently need a wish spell that actually works and only needs a voice. Are there any spells like that?"

You see how there's no "instantly" now?
